I still have that cobbled together some (in copying it from Howard's version
on javaforge), it's possible things aren't quite right here and there.

The surefire testng plugin in the snapshots is a total mess....Maybe it
works now but last I had working was 2.4-collab-SNAPSHOT (something like
that). I had to take out the snapshot and downgrade testng to 5.1 so that we
could deploy to the ibiblio repos. (can't have snapshot references to
released jars)
