Javascript error in IE 7 when focusing on form element inside the hidden dialog

We have a form component inside the dialog component, and dialog is by default
hidden.
When page is shown in the IE and on the page there are no forms available when
we a Javascript error
"Can't move focus to the control because it's invisible, not enabled, or of
type that doesn't accept focus"
In the Firefox 2.0 this error do not appear.
In neither of two browsers focusing is working.
