Exception messages listing pages, components, etc, should strip out the "core/"
prefix.

Users will almost never type the "core/" part, and it clutters the display.
"core/" has a special semantic (its merged into the application) but that's
meaningless to a typical user. Removing "core/" makes the message easier to
read and easier for users to parse.
