When attempting to refresh a GTimePicker component via ajax javascript errors
are created which prevent the creation / destruction of the widget from
happening properly.
This appears to be happening because dojo is destroying the dom node the widget
is attached to via some magical widget property iteration process that destroys
all html node references found.
