No Exception Thrown If template extension isn't .tml

listed on the enviroment on the website (for plugins), jetty 5.1.

If using an extension other then .tml no exception is thrown. if the java class
is present the page will render like normal, except the component body will not
render. Some type of warning should notify the developer. This is annoying when
copying over html from the old web, and into applications.
