Fix For: 5.0.8
Recent work on the MarkupWriterFactory to take in a ContentType caused the
Autocomplete Mixin to break for me. It's a straightforward fix though - the
small changes I've made in the diff here fix the problem (NPE) in
MarkupWriterFactoryImpl) for me
