The Dynarch library used for the DateField is LGPL. LGPL'd code cannot be
shipped by an ASF project, per:

This issue was initially raised on the mailing list:

I'm marking this as a blocker, since it's really not supposed to be distributed
in any official release. Ahh, the joys of open source, where two open source
projects can't use each other's code.
