@Script component does nothing when the Exception page is rendered

Doesn't seem to be a problem of the script component, because it correctly
parses the .script file
and PageRenderSupport.addExternalScript(IComponent target, Resource
scriptLocation) is indeed called.
Could it be that all externalScripts are then ignored?
