Yeah, I was thinking about that towards the end of this release but didn't have time to think up a proper solution in time for it. Something along the lines of versioning the tapestry js just like the dojo directory....Couldn't decide if the directory should just be made in to a version manually like /tapestry-4.1.4/core.js or add in some sort of asset support for versioning files to help with caching issues.
It'd certainly be ok to open a jira issue up and start on a solution for 4.1.5 of course..
