I think there is no use to set "Form" in the name, this component will
be used _only_ on the context of a form, it would be a kind of
redondancy, something like the CSS class name for headers / cells in
grid.
I'm not sur for "conditional", it's quite long and add almost nothing
after the first time you would have read the documentation about this
component. After that, you will know that Fragment is for conditional
validation/visibility.
So I would choose "Fragment".
