Great, this works just as I want it. The JettyLauncher plugin doesn't
exist any more but the Run Jetty Run plugin
(http://code.google.com/p/run-jetty-run/) does the job.

project depend on Tapestry (the m2eclipse plugin may do this
automatically). At that point, you can just use the JettyLauncher
plugin to run and debug your application, stepping into Tapestry code
