Neither of the reported problems are problems anymore. I suspect the calendar
related issue was fixed when the dynarch calendar is replaced. The margin-left
typo was fixed somewhere along the way as well.
Re: IE CSS files being broken out . . . if it's something you feel strongly
about, please open a separate issue for it.
