Add release number to MANIFEST

It would be cool if the released jar would include it's version as an attribute
in the MANIFEST.
This would help IDE integration as one could identify which version of the
framework someone is using, but also it would allow one to easily identify the
version on a jar that doesn't follow the maven naming convention.
