I've updated the Tapestry site with the release notice, should be synced and public in about an hour.
I took a big liberty ... describing 5.0.11 as a "beta" release, and "with a release candidate soon to follow". This follows the discussions we've had on the list, but may be a procedural error, as we didn't perform an official vote on this issue.
