BeanDisplay formatting is off for fields with null values

I believe it would be fixed if the t-beandisplay-value <div> was forced to
contain a for blank values.
Ideally, the markup <em>null</em> for a null field, and perhaps <em>blank</em>
for a blank field, would work best.
