Include mention of webdefault.xml in tapestry-test page

I was setting up an integration test using the tapestry-test library today for
the first time and I ran into some trouble getting things started. The webapp
would not load correctly without a proper webdefault.xml. (It appears to need
the default servlet)
I think it would be useful to have a note about this on the page:
http://tapestry.apache.org/tapestry5/tapestry-test/
Perhaps with a link to a webdefault.xml that works, such as:
http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/tapestry/tapestry5/tapestry-core/trunk/src/test/conf/webdefault.xml?view=markup&pathrev=439787
