Error popups are not positioned well near the edges of the page

                 Key: TAPESTRY-2321
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAPESTRY-2321
             Project: Tapestry
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 5.0.11
            Reporter: Howard M. Lewis Ship

When the error popup is too close to the edge of the page, the message inside
gets truncated.

I think the error popup should recognize when this happens and instead position
itself differently, so that the message is not truncated, and the right edge of
the bubble aligns with the right edge of the field. In addition, a different
image should be used, one that doesn't include the "nib" (the triangular part
that points at the field) ... or the nib should be moved to the opposite right
side of the image.
