Indeed odd - the link i posted opens up a page that shows all the download
mirrors & options - it's not the actual file itself...
I'm guessing that IE is prompting you to download the file instead of just
opening it - don't know how to best resolve this - if
there's indeed a problem (mime types & IE???) it should be forwarding to apache
infrastructure i guess...
