One of the dead ends I experienced with Tapestry 2 and Tapestry 3 was trying to
implement *every* suggestion. Now I'm more opinionated, and Tapestry is as
well, by extension. I strongly feel that URLs should be case insensitive and
have yet to hear a reasonable argument otherwise.
