After you click the browse button Internet Explorer (6/7) pops up the client
validation dialog "You must provide a value for File", and highlights the input
field during the browsing for a file (i.e. while the Choose file dialog is
open). The dialog and highlighting disappear if focus changes (if file was
selected).
