Grid with added row (via parameter) in a form produces NoSuchElementException

When I have a Grid with an added row (parameter "add") in a Form and I submit
said form, it will fail with a NoSuchElementException. Adding the row via a
beanModel works without problems.
See attached example for a little "project" showing this issue.
