Error messages are misaligned in the Errors component in Internet Explorer 7
when I use the following doctype:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/strict.dtd";>
The text appears shifted to the left, beginning outside of the box.
