I am new to tapestry and I wondered if it is some kind of intentional decision
to package the releases in a flat format without containing directory.
Every other apache project I am aware of does package itself in a directory
like this: apache-<project>-<version>\
It's just because the user would not be forced to create a directory before he
untars it..
