Not exactly related to Index/Start confusion, but also typo in documentation.
On T5 guide/validation.html page there is description of form events:
After the fields have done their processing, the Form emits a "validate" event.
This is a chance to perform cross-form validation that can't be described
declaratively.
I believe there should be "validateForm" instead of "validate". It confused me
first time I started using T5.
