Some IntelliJ investigations showed the problem:
Inside tapestry-core:src/test/java the web-facets weren't recognized
properly and further more the compiled test-sources (-> integration.appX
packages) weren't included in the webapp output.
After tweaking a bit it works now (with IntelliJ 8.1).

I had a look at tapestry-core:src/test/java, but somehow cannot get
the included test-apps facets to deploy. I also had a look at
http://wiki.apache.org/tapestry/Tapestry5_Run_Jetty_From_IDEA.
Generally IntelliJ does not detect the webapp test-facets in the
tapestry-core module.
