I agree, I really things it's time to look for popular issues, and look
for what the community wants - at least to explain why the most popular
issues are not processed.

The community has - of course - not the same understanding of the
framework than core developpers, but these features express real need,
or at least real concern.
My personal wishs go for portlet support (moreover, there is some code
contribution for it), and TAP5-211.
Don't misunderstand me: I really like T5 ;)
