Hello,

At the moment, we are working with Tapestry 5.0.18, and i have a question about
asset localization :

I found this code in the "AssetSourceImpl" :

    private Asset findRelativeAsset(Resource baseResource, String path, Locale
locale)
    {
        Resource unlocalized = baseResource.forFile(path);
        Resource localized = unlocalized.forLocale(locale);

        if (localized == null)
            throw new
RuntimeException(ServicesMessages.assetDoesNotExist(unlocalized));

        return getAssetForResource(localized);
    }

Actually it appears that the "forLocale" method always check the Asset
existence, it seems that this operation is time consuming especially when
assets are inside JAR files.

Is there any way to optimize or disable this check ?

Thanks in advance,
Christophe.
