I don't feel comfortable until the code executes properly in the full
stack, including browser, servlet container and Tapestry, and
including Ajax updates. Anything simulated in that stack is a
potential to be different than the end user's experience. Selenium is
a pain in the ass, but it's as close as you'll get to hiring actual
people to validate your web app.

It's not difficult, just means running Xvfb (X virtual frame buffer).
