I really miss that too. That's something I really want to solve when I
have free time, I just don't know when. :( Is there a JIRA for it? I guess

Because it is just to simple. I don't think that there is a need to
standardize every couple of lines.
I agree, but these annotations to me look more like code reuse than
standardization. Why would everyone need to reimplement the @NotNull
validation? ;)
