All this info is well and good, but I have no experience building Tapestry from the source, nor any Maven experience. I was hoping to get a patched version of the tapestry-core jar, if possible.
Also, I noticed that ver. 5.1.0.6 is being worked on. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like this bug will make it into that release. I guess there aren't many Tapestry-based systems that have users in > 1 time zone.
