As much as I like to see the developer base growing, I don't think that adding anyone who writes a
public Tapestry app is to the benefit of the project. Commit rights should be granted to people
based on their merit for the project. Only a handful JIRA interactions, only one patch from him and
62 mails on the users list in total just don't justify that step.
