The contents of the "Banner" wiki page is being used on the main page, those of the "Small Banner"
page on all others. There is a logical switch inside the autoexport template (which only wiki
administrators have access to) that pulls in the contents from the correct page depending on whether
it's rendering the Index Page or any other pages.
I cc'ed the dev list since this is something others might want to know as well.
