The stylesheets attached to the index page are just a workaround for a confluence bug that we found
a global workaround on the server side for. I'll see if I can safely remove them.

I'd like to make some minor changes and additions. Also, guidelines about
which stylesheets to modify would be nice ... perhaps this could be stored
in the Wiki in the Developer section?
