Per http://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-9679 the icons are
configurable in Confluence, although it probably requires global admin
rights to turn it on.  But the CSS and icon used by confluence is
probably hiding in some Confluence resource directory somewhere.

Anyway, this is low priority and can be done later.
