My humble plans: - more flexible Javascript library combining (inline, CDNs etc.) - minor improvements for conversation-within-page support (specifically Tynamo's tapestry-conversations) - performance benchmarks (not necessarily directly related to Tapestry core - done some stuff already but good for marketing and revealing possible problem areas) - could consider up moving some stuff from Tynamo to tapestry core (jpa, exceptionpage, security?)
Wouldn't it make sense to create a wiki page to sketch up a roadmap? It doesn't need to be set in stone and could be just for the developers, but at least it would give all committers more visibility on what others are interested in and planning to work on, on a little bit higher and more informal level than what's visible in Jira. I envy Howard being able to focus development on relatively narrow areas - I'm furiously coding to every other direction besides Tapestry which doesn't allow quick progress on any particular effort.
