That being said, I do think there's room for both, even if EventLink
generates more ideal or uniform URLs than ActionLink. I think they
embrace different approaches that are equally valid.
For the sake of simplicity, standardization and less confusion (when
ActionLink is recommended over EventLink? why two different components
that have the same functionality and use cases?), I'd suggest ActionLink
to be deprecated. As far as I can remember, EventLink does everything
ActionLink does, but the opposite isn't true.
