I have uploaded the patch to the JIRA issue I had created in 2010. JIRA-1313 contains a patch that adds configuration groups and multiple databases support to Tapestry5. It depends on a different JIRA issue that adds methods to the ObjectLocator to get services with certain markers (TAP5-1321 and TAP5-1454).
