Due to constant spamming (see http://wiki.apache.org/tapestry/RecentChanges for how often we have genuine edits), I have restricted the FrontPage to only be editable by users listed on the ContributorsGroup page [1]. On the FrontPage I've added a note that anyone needing edit rights for the FrontPage can send a little note to dev@, requesting to be added. Admins listed on the AdminGroup page [2] can add users to the ContributorsGroup page.
If you feel you belong to the AdminGroup, reply with your wiki username. I believe this will work out well.
