sudo systemsetup -gettimezone
Time Zone: Europe/Paris

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.6; en-US;
rv:1.9.2.19) Gecko/20110707 Firefox/3.6.19
Accept: text/html,application/xhtml+xml,application/xml;q=0.9,*/*;q=0.8
Accept-Language: en-us,en;q=0.5

During the test phase firefox seems to use his building language.
Would be interesting to check Accept-Language form the test process.
