I worked on this with Dan Kulp before and I thought we fixed it. Let me check 
tomorrow.

Yes, they are. 19 past the hour a buildbot build runs the export and commits 
changes to svn where
svnpubsub picks them up. So changes still should be made in Confluence, 
otherwise they are prone to
be overwritten.
