Regarding CDN integration - more important would be producing markup for
edge-side includes (ESI) and configuration for cache-control headers as well as
evaluating custom header flags.
Example: www.domain.com is delivered using a CDN. after login user-A sees
different content then user-B, but the URL is the same. In this case, Tapestry
needs to include flags in the header, signaling to a CDN that reads data from
www-origin.domain.com what version to deliver to the end-user...etc.
