HTTPS loses code snippets but shows titles, HTTP loses titles but shows
snippets. For example, https://tapestry.apache.org/page-navigation.html
renders blank blocks with the title of the missing content for the html and
java snippets while http://tapestry.apache.org/page-navigation.html does the
opposite. Similar disappearances on other pages. Happens in both Firefox and
Chrome on Ubu12.04. This makes the docs a bit mysterious if you happen onto the
https version.
