Does not work with the latest maven-archetype-plugin 3.0.1.
Use:
mvn org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-archetype-plugin:2.4:generate
-DarchetypeCatalog=http://tapestry.apache.org
mvn org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-archetype-plugin:2.4:generate
-DarchetypeCatalog=https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/staging
-Dfilter=org.apache.tapestry:quickstart
