taverna-scufl2-validation-integration should be modules, but fail for unknown reasons on some exotic or outdated cases (I believe relating to optional depth). So they are temporarily disabled. Perhaps their tests should be disabled instead, either in their pom.xml and/or with @Ignore. Ideally the tests or the code should update so it all pass, of course!
The validation integration was mainly failing because it tries to do biomoby activities. I've removed those from the list of things to test and it is now in working.
