My fault - in trying to fix the previous bug with the rat-plugin.
I fixed this now in incubator-taverna-maven-parent.
It should just be a WARNING - does it work now?
Try
mvn -U clean install
to get the updated parent SNAPSHOT
(or first build incubator-taverna-maven-parent )
