I have added a sidebar as suggested by Ian.
Which has the advantage that it can also go to a fourth level.

Currently both extra menu item and side bar are implemented.

If I don't hear differently I will assume everyone agrees with Ian and remove
the extra menu item early next week.

Hello,

I think I would prefer a sidebar, magically appearing menus might not
be a good idea because users might miss them. Use bootstrap col-
classes to split the page. 9 for main, 3 for sidebar might be a good size.

Cheers,

Ian
