Great!

To finish the job I did:

In git I have retagged the approved commits without the -RC4 suffix
and removed the RC tags.

For good measure I signed the tags as well:

git fetch
## Check that the commit id matches the VOTE thread
git log 0.15.0-incubating-RC4
git tag --sign -u A0FFD119 0.15.0-incubating 0.15.0-incubating-RC4
git push origin 0.15.0-incubating
# And remove the release candidate tags
git push origin :0.15.0-incubating-RC3
git push origin :0.15.0-incubating-RC34

https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=incubator-taverna-language.git;a=tag;h=0a6c122f2e7cb130f7f01d6c19f07300565365b6

(and equivalent for parent)

Not sure why I needed -u as my key ID has [email protected] in it - you
might not need that.
