It is good to be careful here. When L&N are sorted out, I personally
think you can be a bit more relaxed about talking about dev builds,
still not linked to from the website esp not the download page.
It is then like downloading the source from git and locally making it,
just ore-done for the developer. Snapshots do not go to maven central.
For example, people who report bugs can run the snapshot and test the
fix "extended development community". Just put caveat wording like "it
is not a release", and get L&N sorted first.
