I believe I have fixed this, but it needs testing on Windows. There could also
be an issue with the very long paths you get. We could modify the assembler
config file to save taverna-commandline-launcher-3.1.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT.jar
as a shorter path, like lib/launcher.jar?
