This branch is now complete and seems to produce reasonable wfdesc output.
I disabled the former wfdesc command line tool as I think this should be
covered by {{tavlang convert}} - although perhaps tavlang need stdout option as
I know some where using that, like in myExperiment and RO Hub.
I propose to merge this branch into master so we can officially include wfdesc
support in tavlang in the 0.15.1 release.
Silent consensus assumed after 48 hours.
